Founder & Executive Director

Bobbie Michelle Bean

Cincinnati native Bobbie Michelle Bean is a mom, real estate agent, investor, entrepreneur, public speaker, published author, and playwright. Her in-depth understanding of human behavior has granted her a unique perspective from which to journey through the life and times of characters featured in her works. Bobbie aspires to cultivate a virtual haven through performance art, for people to escape the stresses of the world, finding solace, solutions, and shared moments of laughter while preparing impactful works that provide an escape for others. Ariel Underwood

Renowned international performer, Ariel Underwood, stands at the helm of theatrical excellence. Known for directing masterpieces like “For Color Girls” and “Why Does it Hurt So Bad,” her collaboration with Bobbie Bean has birthed impactful works such as “Through Blind Eyes” and “Homegirl Holiday.” Now, their creative synergy continues with the groundbreaking “Don’t Call Me Cis” with New Legacy Ensemble Theatre. Ariel’s commitment to artistic expression as a ministry shines through, offering a platform for creative talents to uplift themselves and captivate audiences nationwide during the collaborative tours across the United States.

Steven Alexander

With over 25 years of experience in rehabbing houses, Steven Alexander seamlessly translates his knowledge into building theatrical sets. His expertise becomes a unique avenue for teaching and instructing eager learners, providing them with a valuable skillset and an additional form of creative expression. Steven’s generosity extends to diverse groups, from bored seniors seeking purpose to youngsters eager to acquire new skills. He graciously shares his wealth of information, time, and energy, allowing them to participate in the enchantment of theatre through the art of set building.
